THREADS OF HOPE, Hilos De Esperanza, is a women’s artisan cooperative uniting Maya weavers in the southern communities of Quintana Roo, Mexico. 

The mission of Threads of Hope, is to provide access for the Maya artisans to the tourist market, enabling them to gain supplementary income that could improve the well-being of the family.  In addition, members of the cooperative will receive training in market and design strategy, as well as family budgeting and nutrition. 

The vision is that this would develop as a ministry; a demonstration of the love of Jesus to affect change in marginalized communities and an opportunity to share the news of the salvation and hope that IS in our Lord Jesus Christ!
